"Comfy and Cozy" 2BR with Balcony and Indoor FIREPLACE. The Courtyard by Goshen situated in the city of Pines - Baguio. A bustling city with diverse culture, hidden gems and vibrant landscape. The flat is economically priced, spacious and very accessible all over metropolis and nearby province. BENEFITS: Complimentary drinks and bath essentials to welcome our guest. Free Wi-Fi * Netflix *Fireplace *The club house SKYLINE VIEWS: The unit located on the 5/F. Spectacular view of the Hills, strawberry farm. Space ACCESS: Courtyard authorization form, and guest/s valid ID. Registration to Baguio VISITA is REQUIRED for Tourism purposes. The process of submission of ID and other documents will be prior of the guest arrival. Only registered guest can access to the unit. Guest/s may accept visitor but for only a short period of time. For 15 day stay or more if the Electric consumption exceeds 500 kilowatts equivalent to 5,000 pesos the guests will be charge. ADDITIONAL RULES: EMERGENCY: If you request for emergency in nature like power off, leaking water, lock out, toilet flooding etc. just send me an email, also you may contact unit caretaker or the property manager/security personnel. FORBIDDEN: Pets, smoking/vaping, Illegal drugs, Parties/Gathering DESTRUCTION: A person who may cause damaged, lost and broken item on the property through negligence and intentional tort will be charged to your security deposit to cover the cost of replacement/repair. Your safety is our concern. The building comes with CCTV and 24/7 security. Friendly neighborhood. One-stop shop all are available mostly in downtown (dining, shopping, banking, money changer, cinema) so please familiarize yourself upon check in. Transportation are very accessible. Baguio is your place to experience mixed culture from locals and your gateway to Sagada and wonders of the world the Rice Terraces. In the Hollywood movie Avengers - the character name Thanos choose to live here. *Handicapped and LGBTQ+ friendly
