Freshly finished charming apartment on Jaracza Street with a view of Lake Jakub. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor (no elevator). The flat is fully furnished and equipped with a washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, etc. ready for immediate short-term or long-term rental. The apartment consists of a bedroom, a living room with a flat-screen TV and a sofa bed, a fully equipped separate kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. The apartment is of higher standard, in a pleasant and friendly e. Nearby are grocery stores, liquor stores, a fast food bar, a post office, and a pharmacy. Very close to a bus stop. The PKP station is about a 20-minute walk to the centre. The apartment is ideal for a couple as well as for a family with children. The contract excludes organized parties; please inquire about the possibility of staying with a pet.
I rent this apartment with the thought that it can be a safe and comfortable refuge for someone during their vacation or when they need a longer rest and to catch their breath.
