Położenie. Blisko do Centrum i na dworzec kolejowy PKP, z którego 6 razy dziennie rusza pociąg na trasy narciarstwa biegowego -Jakuszyce. Autonomia.Dom otoczony drzewami, położony nad strumieniem. Tylko jeden sąsiedni dom. Duża posesja z oświetlonym dojazdem
