Before booking make sure you read our profile description this is a farm NOT a hotel. You will have your own fully equipped comfortable private apartment it is like your own house. You will usually be greeted personally by us and enjoy fresh flowers fresh cut from our rose garden. You can purchase chicken and duck eggs, and enjoy your own vegetable garden in summer with fresh picked produce. Each apartment is equipped with a starter pack of toilet rolls and soap. The rest of the property has allot of character and charm it is not perfect it is a work in progress. So if you want perfection this is not for you! It is a quiet place immersed in nature and that is the special feeling the farm offers. Perfect for families or quiet weekends for couples. The historic buildings are rustic and have character just looking around here can take a good hour or two if you want to explore. We have 4ha of Private park you can make a grill in there or just listen to the bird song. We are located In the heart of Lower Silesia this is a perfect base where you can relax enjoy the Culture, Swimming lake with clean water in Summer 12ks away. Nature, local arts crafts, horses, Tai Chi in the forest, cycling. Bring your horses they can enjoy a relaxing massage, ride out each day at your leisure. Pony walks are offered and horse riding at extra cost. Please note as we have many animals Dogs must stay on a lead at all times and there is a pet fee of 10euros for cleaning. The location of the property allows a perfect base for day trips or just relax in peace and nature. Have a bonfire in the evening. By car we are 8ks from Gorlitz Germany & 10ks to Czech border. 1hr from Dresden, 2hrs from Wroclaw, 2.5hrs to Prague and 3hrs from Berlin.

We are an Australian family living in beautiful Poland Silesia we welcome you to our historic property dating 1531. We have a passion for nature, horses, ponies, carriage driving, Art and authentic historical renovation. We all have a different skill set we bring to this landscape. It is a work in progress of course. Our time and energy is into always improving the property we are an outdoors family and our children enjoy a great freedom here.
