Guests must fill a document (DocuSign) provided by the property authorizing the credit card payment. A photo of the driver's license must also be attached to the document. Please make sure that the name on the reservation is the same as the name on the credit card provided.

Please note that arrivals after 16:00h will be self-checkin on the property.

We want to clarify that this reservation is for a complete house or apartment. Although the page will indicate that it is a room, it is the entire house or apartment for you and you are not sharing rooms with other guests.

This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Quiet hours are between 21:00:00 and 09:00:00.

A damage deposit of $50 is required. The property charges this days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
