Stunning 3-bedroom villa offering the perfect retreat for those seeking sun, comfort, and privacy. Located on a quiet residential cul-de-sac, the villa is just a 3-minute drive from the center of São Brás de Alportel, where you will find a wide variety of traditional Portuguese and international restaurants, bars, and shops, as well as a daily market. São Brás is a 30-minute drive from the amazing beaches of Tavira, Fuseta, and Cabanas, and 30 minutes from Faro airport. The very large terrace around the pool is ideal for enjoying the outdoors and features an outdoor shower, children’s trampoline, sun loungers, and a generous shaded dining area with a BBQ. The pool measures 9 x 4 m, is salt-water, and chemical-free! All 3 bedrooms have direct access to the pool, are spacious and well-decorated, with two being en suite. All bed linens and towels are provided, as well as first-day amenities such as shower gel and toilet paper. The day before your stay, we will send you a message with the information you will need for your check-in. You should then reply with your estimated arrival time. Check-in is carried out directly at the accommodation from 3:30 p.m., but please note that check-in between 7 p.m. and midnight incurs an extra fee. At check-out, guests must leave the accommodation in a reasonable state of cleanliness; otherwise, Homing reserves the right to charge an extra cleaning fee. We also ask that when checking out, you pay attention to your belongings, as we are not responsible for items left behind.
