The property is a T3 apartment with a private parking space. The apartment consists of 3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a living room with TV and a kitchen with all basic equipment. One of the best attributes of the property is its location, located in the village of São Vicente, in the Heart of the Laurissilva Forest, it becomes an epicenter to know and enjoy the entire island of Madeira.
The host - myself - is passionate about the island and well know of its charms, but with much still to discover and explore. As a rule I can have a good communication with the guests, being able to make excellent recommendations, be they gastronomic, adventure, history and culture, among others ...
In the surroundings there is everything a little bit, all the essential services, PSP, Firemen, Health Center, Post Office, Supermarkets, Restaurants, Bars, nightlife bars, beaches, swimming pools, surf zone, gardens, playground and much more.
