Reservations with more that 5 rooms and/or 10 beds for the same dates, are considered group reservations and different payment and cancellation conditions will apply.

PAYMENT POLICY 15% guarantee deposit of the total amount of the stay. This deposit is non-refundable and must be paid at the moment of the reservation. 25% of the group must be paid up to 60 days before the arrival date 35% of the group must be paid up to 30 days before the arrival date The remaining payment of the rooms and all services contracted must be made 72 hours before the group arrival

CANCELLATION POLICY - Up to 120 days before the arrival date, 100% of the rooms' reservation may be canceled without penalties, excluding the non-refundable guarantee deposit - Up to 90 days before the arrival date, 50% of the rooms' reservations may be canceled without penalties. For all other rooms canceled above this percentage, there will be a one-night cancellation fee charged - Up to 60 days before the arrival date, 30% of the rooms' reservations may be canceled without penalties. For all other rooms canceled above this percentage, there will be a one-night cancellation fee charged - Up to 30 days before the arrival date, 20% of the rooms' reservations may be canceled without penalties. For all other rooms canceled above this percentage, there will be a one-night cancellation fee charged - Up to 15 days before the arrival date, 10% of the rooms' reservation may be canceled without penalties.

For all other rooms canceled above this percentage, there will be a one-night cancellation fee charged - Up to 72 hours before the arrival date, 5% of the rooms' reservations may be canceled without penalties. For all other rooms canceled above this percentage, there will be full stay cancellation fee charged These clauses are non-cumulative. When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of EUR 10 per pet per night applies.
