Originally an oil mill and mill, this peculiar 3 bedroom villa was rebuilt with the highest quality standards, maintaining the original design and adding totally original details, such as the installation by the artist Bordalo II. Situated in a predominantly rural area, it is strategically located between the city of Abrantes (7km), Constancia (8km) and the famous Albufeira de Castelo de Bode (5km) The villa includes a considerable outdoor area with swimming pool, lounge, dining and parking area. Inside, there is a fully equipped kitchen, a double living room (with a stream running in the middle of the room), 3 bedrooms (1 en suite) and 2 bathrooms in total. - General: Double glazed windows, electric heating, laminated blinds… - Kitchen: fully equipped (fridge, oven, microwave, extractor hood, 200Lt water heater, washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, toaster...) - Rooms: Fireplace, living area, dining area, Bang&Olufsen TV... - Bedrooms: electric heating, fitted wardrobes… - WC’s: “walking-shower”, hygienic bath…
