The apartment is in a new building designed for comfort and quality. A covered parking spot is available for free during your stay. The apartment is on the second floor, accessible by elevator or stairs. Inside, you’ll find a bedroom with a comfortable double bed and wardrobes. On the Hall you can also find more storage spaces for bigger items. The bathroom has everything you need as towels, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper. At the end of the Hall, there’s a bright open space with a full kitchen, cozy living room, and a balcony. The kitchen includes a coffee machine, stove, oven/microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, pans and pots. Essentials like Portuguese virgin olive oil, sea salt from Salinas de Aveiro, and a mix of spices are provided. A washer with detergent capsules is also available. On the living room you will have a smart TV to enjoy your favorite content. Blackout curtains are available on all windows.
The apartment is located in the heart of Aveiro, right on the side of the city main avenue. You are just a few minutes away by foot of all main attractions. It's a very safe place as there are always people around at any time of the day. You have the train station and the long distance bus station just 3 minutes away by foot. You have a bus station right o the building street.
