Smesten u novom apartmanskom kompleksu Planet Residence. Studio Solis pruza pogodan pristup svemu sto Nis ima da ponudi. Apartmanski kompleks ima veliko zajednicko dvoriste sa klupama,stazama za setnju i decjim igralistem, Uskoro otvaranje bazena i Spa centra u samom kompleksu.
Bice nam drago da Vas ugostimo tako da ce nas grad i apartman biti dugo u Vasem lepom secanju. Volimo i sami da putujemo tako da smo prilagodili apartman prema svojim potrebama na putovanjima. Trudimo se da Vam nas apartman stvori osecaj kao da ste kod svoje kuce.
Na oko 200m se nalazi veliki trzni centar Delta Planet ,a na 100m od apartmana je Lidl market. U samom kompleksu se nalazi poznati Italijanski restoran Bocconcino,kao i drugi korisni sadrzaji. Veza sa ostalim znamenitostima grada Nisa je odlicna, Do centra i Tvrdjave mozete laganim hodom stici za 15 min, ili otici do autobuske stanice koja je udaljena od apartmana 200m i uci u bilo koju od dve linije autobusa koje vode do centra.
