Mislili smo na najsitnije detalje,tako da imate kišobran ako vas u toku boravka zadesi kišni dan,bežični punjač za mobilni,ukoliko ste zaboravili svoj kod kuće,papuče da ne biste hodali bosi,uloške za dame,penu za brijanje za gospodu...kafu,čaj,vodu,slatkiše...trudili smo se da zamislimo šta bi nas najviše poremetilo u slučaju da nešto nismo spakovali i nastojali da Vas to čeka.
sa velikom radošću dočekujemo svakog gosta jer je arhitektura i uređenje životnog prostora naš posao i strast,koji prenosimo i u ovaj prostor
Stan je u mirnom kraju a nadomak najvažnijih gradskih sadržaja-1200m od centra Zemuna,Zemunskog keja i Gardoša,750m od škole,800m od vrtića,900m od pijace,2000m od Instituta za majku i dete,iznad Zemunske bolnice i Zemunskog parka,2700m od autoputa E75...a u kompleksu ima puno sadržaja za decu i pet lokala.Odlična povezanost sa svim delovima grada gradskim linijama 15,18,78,45,81,81l,85
