U prizemlju zgrade se nalazi market PerSu . Poseduje spavaću sobu sa bračnim krevetom, malu spavaću sobu sa jednim krevetom, dnevni boravak sa trpezarijom, TV flat screen, kuhinju, terasu, hodnik, kupatilo i balkon.
