Sveže renoviran i potpuno opremljen stan sa terasom u strogom centru grada ("kod spomenika") u zgradi sa liftom. Na minut hoda od centralnog trga i glavnog šetališta, u neposrednoj blizini Bagdale i Lazarice. Parking ispred samog ulaza u zgradu po ceni od 120rsd za ceo dan.
