This is the place you need… You will enjoy the easy access and all the amenities Subotica has to offer! An unbeatable location right in the heart of Subotica, on the main promenade… cafés, restaurants, ATMs, pharmacy, supermarket, bars… A taxi line is right below your window — literally everything you need is around you. A pleasant, comfortable and spacious apartment, fully equipped with modern furniture. The building has 2 entrances and exits with an elevator.
Subotica is known for its relaxed atmosphere, good food, and quality wines. Festivals, events, concerts, and a vibrant cultural life throughout the year are yet another reason to visit the city. On top of that, Subotica offers many interesting places for rest and leisure, as well as numerous activities around the lake, on horse farms, traditional farms (salaš), in forests and hunting areas. Palić, the lake and the settlement of the same name, is located 8 kilometers east of Subotica. Outstanding buildings from the early 20th century (the Water Tower, the Grand Terrace, the Women’s Lido, and the Music Pavilion), the beautiful Great Park, the iconic lake, as well as the peace and quiet make Palić an ideal place for rest and enjoyment. Excellent restaurants and cafés, sports and recreational facilities, three beaches, a Zoo, and a wide range of diverse events make Subotica and Palić truly interesting places to visit.
