Welcome to our spacious 40-square-meter apartment with a ceiling height of 2.80 meters. Located on the ground floor with a private entrance, it features a large bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen for cooking with all necessary amenities. Guests can also enjoy the backyard with a swing and a table with chairs. The bed and pillows are comfortable, and the apartment includes a television and a hi-fi system for entertainment.

The apartment is ideally located for nature lovers and sports enthusiasts. Just 200 meters away is the entrance to the beautiful Zvezdara Forest, perfect for walks and recreation. The Olimp sports center is only 100 meters away, making it a perfect choice for sports enthusiasts. The apartment is modernly equipped and provides a comfortable stay for all guests. 200 meters from the apartment is the Bulevar Kralja Aleksandra street, which is served by trams number 5, 7 and 14, which will take you to the city center in 20 minutes.
