Apartman je sveže renoviran i sadrži sve tehnološke inovacije modernog vremena . Radni sto , super brzi internet i dobro osvetljenje čine ga pogodnim za poslovne ljude.

Apartman je u samom strogom centru Beograda , Trgu republike i sve što vam Beograd pruža vam je na dohvat ruke. Atrakcije kao što su Trg republike , Narodni muzej , Narodno pozorište , tradicionalna ulica Skadarlija , Knez Mihajlova i tvrđava Kalemegdan su bukvalno na minut hoda.
