Veliki dnevni boravak i dve spavaće sobe, ukupno 2 flat-screen TV sa kablovskim kanalima, PS4, potpuno opremljenu kuhinju sa frižiderom i sopstveno kupatilo sa tušem. Osim toga, na raspolaganju su rerna, ploča za kuvanje, toster i kuvalo, aparat Dolce Gusto za kafu, kao i mašina za pranje sudova i mašina za pranje i sušenje veša.
