Welcome to Hovås. Close to the sea and the golf course. Rental unit - the basement apartment is part of the villa with its own terrace and entrance. 992 sq ft with a large bedroom, a large kitchen, a large living room, and a bathroom with a washer and dryer. Experience the charm of modern living in a bright and well-equipped apartment with all the amenities. Perfect for a small family or couple. The apartment: A 2.5-room apartment spanning 992 sq ft, fully furnished with high-speed internet, TV, and a modern kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, and stove. The kitchen and bathroom were renovated in 2019, with a washer and dryer in the bathroom. The spacious terrace is a great place to relax. Parking space included, with access to a refrigerator and freezer. Area and transportation: Located in Hovås in the Askim-Frölunda-Högsbo district, close to everything you need for a comfortable life. Excellent transportation options nearby, with plenty of recreational opportunities thanks to parks and water, and the nearby Hovås Beach to enjoy the scenery and swimming.
