The fine print
Payment Policy: - Please note that the name of the credit card holder must be the same as the guest's name and credit card must be presented to the hotel upon check-in. For the cardholder's protection, if the cardholder is not present, guests shall have to settle a new payment upon check in and the prepayment will be credited back to the original card. Additional authorizations for incidental charges can be processed on a separate card. - All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card at time of booking. The hotel reserves the right to either charge or pre-authorize the provided credit cards up to the full reservation amount at point of reservation. Non-valid credit cards will result in automatic cancellation of the reservation.
Renovation Notice:
1. Coconut Pool will be closed for a renovation between 01st May – 01st June 2024 while other 4 pools is operating as normal.
2. Renovation of our Horizon Grand Deluxe Room phase by phase between 01st June – 31st August 2024 which majorities of work is interior designated.
