Among the main points that I consider, as Fort of my apartment are the following: - New apartment, recently built (in 2017), - Well located, close to the shops, coffee bar, restaurants, the traditional Souq, the city center (less than 10 minutes on foot) , very close to the Corniche of Houmt Souk, 10 km from the tourist areas, 1 km from Marina, at 9 km from the airport of Djerba… - For shopping, a small supermarket is in place - Free private parking - Free WI-FI Connection - View of city and on sea - FREE AIR CONDITIONING
