In the crevice of Da'an District lies our contemporary haven for the modern wanderer. We have reimagined the innovation of live-work accommodation into studio spaces that invite you to sink into the sophisticated comfort of bespoke residential living without compromising on design, amenities, and personalized service. At the Denizen. we see hospitality through a different lens, we strive for our guests to define their own serviced apartment experience, providing the kind of personalized service that allows each denizen staying with us the freedom to live and work and be themselves. All of our studio apartments boast large glass windows, with a backdrop of lush greenery, that flood our high ceilings with natural light. Wide plank wood floors are laid diagonally to create a bold and dramatic visual, leading to accent walls textured by hand for added depth and dimension. The interior's organic composition appears everchanging throughout the day as color and light playfully interact. And unto that canvas, each fixture carefully curated for its versatility to be multi-purpose, giving you the freedom to tailor how your living space inspires you.

Nestled between the edge of Taipei’s most popular Da'an and Xinyi Districts, The Denizen is centrally located to give you the best of both worlds. With multiple bus lines and public bike sharing just down the block and a short 8 minute walk to two different mrt lines, you can quickly access anywhere and everywhere you need to go in the city. The neighborhood is interspersed with essentials within a 500 meter walking radius including convenience stores, mid to high end and organic grocery stores, traditional markets, pharmacies, international banks, gyms and a shopping mall. The walkability of this unique neighborhood makes living here easy and enjoyable while the endless array of boutiques, restaurants and markets in the area keep it fun and intriguing.
