“民宿三樓有相當舒適的娛樂空間，開放式的廚房與大大的露台，相當適合三五好友烹飪聚會歡唱打牌。一二樓的公共空間也相當貼心，有走到哪看到哪的電視，也有舒適的客廳與孩童秘密基地，更有準備臨時加班的辦公區。此外老闆也準備了充足的飲品和點心供客人享用。”

“附設ktv能唱的歌曲種類很多 下次感覺可以check in就待在裡面唱歌哈哈 住宿環境跟提供的圖片一樣 公共空間很大 床鋪跟枕頭很符合我個人喜好”

“包棟民宿非常非常適合家人朋友們一起 民宿內提供多項設施可以做使用 三樓為廚房可以煮飯也可以看電視唱卡拉ok（住宅區建議唱到10點） 三樓陽台風景佳可以眺望海線及三仙台 走路向海邊步行僅需2分鐘就到了，沿海風景非常美 但住宿地方巷子較小，車位較難停妥門口可以停放兩輛車 但若車型過大或是較不相信自己的技術建議可以停至海邊的草地”

“整體來說都很滿意 裡面真的很大很舒服 不會大到很空虛 反而是很舒服很溫暖的 燈光美氣氛佳 設備齊全 而且價格確實便宜 真的會想再多住一天兩天 房間也都很乾淨 不會睡不著 老闆很注重衛生品質 這點處理的很優質 室外或室內都很適合拍照 尤其這種風格很特別 跟外面別間包棟的風格有大大的不同 在哪拍照都很好看 不管大小家庭來住還是情侶朋友來住都很適合 來台東很推薦這間包棟民宿 可以來一簑煙雨享受一下獨特的氛圍。”
