24 а Mezhyhirska Street! Apartment in the heart of old Kyiv - Podil, is one of the top secret places in Kyiv. Our courtyard with centuries-old grapes is a decoration of the city. built in 1914. Morning coffee on the open balcony overlooking the courtyard will set your mood for the whole day. There are many cafes and restaurants nearby, and a secret underground bar that even the residents of the capital do not know about. through the authentic Podil you can feel the spirit of Kyiv.

Neighbourhood information

Old Podol. Historical house of 1914. There are only 4 apartments in the entrance, one on the floor. On the first floor is a beauty salon. There is no elevator in the house. As well as a rather small bathroom and shower space.
