Neighbourhood information

We Are Waco's First and Only Apart-Hotel... Perfect location for all University events and for visits to the Magnolia Market. Located on the Baylor Campus and within walking distance to McLane Stadium, the Ferrell Center, and The Baylor Ballpark. We are just minutes to the Magnolia Market, and a few miles to the BSR Wave Park. Since we are the only lodging actually on campus, the area is extremely safe and the police patrol 24/7.
