My property has a wash and dryer for your use. We also have all the amenities that you may need. Comfortable bedding, window air conditioner for your use. And 45 inch TV in your private room and 65 inch TV in living room. I have my property set up for individuals. But I have 3 bedrooms. If you would like to do a group which can fit up to 6 people (2 people in each bedroom) I will block the other rooms out for you the cost then will be a three thousand a month including cleaning fees and taxes. Whole Foods on Broad Street 10 mins Mini Mall Extra SuperMarket Dollar Store 5 minutes walking straight out from the building Fast Food places on West Market St 9 mins 6 mins Shop Rite on Springdale Ave (Shopping Market w/several other stores) NJPAC & Prudential Center in Newark for Entertainment 7 mins from Newark Liberty International Airport 10 mins ride by Uber to Newark Penn Station (20 mins on train from Newark Penn Station to NY Penn Station) walk out of the building make a right walk to corner take 13 Bus Ask bus driver for Newark Penn Station This place is so special to me, and I want you to enjoy it as much as I have. My favorite thing to do is to into the CITY (NY City). I love going to Times Square, 42nd Street, Broadway Shows and cruising for 2hrs on the Hudson River (Great Buffet and Statue of Liberty). You don't want to miss eating at Fornos of Spain in Newark or shopping at American Dream Mall or visiting the Cherry Blossoms at Branch Brook Park (in April) or visiting Turtle Back Zoom in West Orange, NJ, American Dream Mall (East Rutherford, NJ) swimming, ice skating, swimming and ski slopes) Several Hospitals near by VA Hospital, University Hospital, Newark Beth Israel, CareWell Health Medical Center East Orange, and several Colleges. Seton Hall, NJIT NJ Institute of Technology, Essex County.
