This gorgeous apartment-Condo is located in 13 Seatrout Street, Ponte Vedra Beach on 2nd floor, it’s ready for guests! It is very near the attracted beach area, If you are looking for a beautiful apartment in Ponte Vedra Beach area, then you are at the right place! Few blocks from the PGA Tour and Golf Resorts, Players Championship, and about 10 minutes to the Town Center Mall. The apartment is fully furnished with 2 bedrooms and 1 living room , including internet, TV, utilities, and a large kitchen with accessories. No pets! No smoking! No Alcohol! No drugs! No weapon!
My main interest is to put my apartment available to people who are looking for a quiet place to spend their vacations. As I love sharing what I have with others, I welcome any guest that looks for a quiet and professional place to stay. The Main Entrance of the apartment is shared, other then that it's completely separate in the most secure area. I am always available to bring assistance to my guests when needed during their stay here. Again, I welcome guests that are looking for a descent and a safe place to leave.
Very quiet neighborhood There is a local park very close to the house. Beach side, Golf area, Several banks , Publics, Walgreen, CVS, Win-Dixie, Gaz Stations, Library, Best primary schools and Kindergarten are some of interesting places that are very close to the house. University of North Florida and Town Center Mall, are at 15 minutes from here
