This is a private room and private bath with shared garage parking. The room is situated on the ground floor of a condo, and the private bathroom is right next-door. The way the condo is laid out, means that the rental is downstairs and all landlord living area is upstairs. Tenant and landlord rarely cross paths. The garage is fresh and clean with an epoxy floor, so if you're bringing a car, it will stay clean and salt-free.
We love providing a safe, quiet, and private experience for our guests. We are a professional couple working most days. We really enjoy this area for the beach, hiking, and food options right outside the door.
Oceano feels like a local's place. It is close enough to Pismo Beach to bike over for a spot of staycation before coming back and enjoying some crowd-free quiet. This property is a two-story condo and the room for rent is downstairs. The rental comes with a private bath and parking in a clean garage. There is a jacuzzi out front which we will coordinate on usage so each of us can have it to ourselves. 'Privacy' is our key word. The condo layout means you rarely see us at all. We are nice and we think you are too, but everyone wants space to be at home.
