We are a team of experienced vacation rental management professionals who manage a rapidly growing portfolio of vacation rental properties throughout all of Michigan, including the Upper Peninsula. We are based out of Beulah, Michigan, in the northwestern corner of the Lower Peninsula on the beautiful shores of Crystal Lake! We pursue our work from a Christian basis and perspective. We also work to provide excellent income for vacation property owners while caring for their homes and property.

Property information

Beach Town Escape is an absolutely adorable cottage that has been completely remodeled during recent years! It has matching vibrant beach tones throughout the entire home and echoes a very fun and cheerful atmosphere for all! It has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and an upstairs living area that basically functions as a third bedroom with 2 twin-size beds. The cottage has WiFi, live streaming television, and DirecTV. It's in a nicely quiet and safe location, but still close to downtown and the beach. Please note the following: (1) AIR-CONDITIONING: The cottage has window A/C installed during the summer months. It does not have central A/C. (2) PARKING: Guests must park only in the driveway. Parking on the lawn or on any grassy area is strictly prohibited.

Neighbourhood information

The cottage is walking distance from the fun and excitement of downtown Frankfort and its shops, cafes, and restaurants. It also walking distance (about 1 mile) from Frankfort Beach and Lake Michigan. It is also conveniently located just 20 minutes from Crystal Mountain Resort (to the southeast), 10 minutes from Crystal Lake (to the northeast), 30 minutes from the start of Sleeping Bear National Lakeshore (to the north), and about 60 minutes from downtown Traverse City (to the east). The cottage is really in an exceptional location to experience all that Northern Michigan has to offer!
