Vilano Beach, located near St. Augustine, Florida, is a charming coastal community known for its beautiful sandy shores, vibrant sunsets, and laid-back atmosphere. The neighborhood between 1st Street and 20th Street offers a mix of residential, recreational, and commercial areas, creating a unique and appealing environment for both locals and visitors. The stretch of beach between 1st and 20th Street is a major attraction. It's less crowded compared to nearby St. Augustine Beach, offering a more relaxed and peaceful beach experience. The nearby Vilano Beach Nature Boardwalk provides a scenic route for walking and bird-watching. There are a few restaurants easily accessible from the home. Both The Reef on the Atlantic and Aunt Kate's can be walked to. Cap's on The Water is a 3 minute drive. Beach parking is available at the Reef on the far end of the parking lot and across the Street on Euclid. This access point is more accessible for those who cannot walk far or climb stairs. If parking is full at the far end of the Reef Restaurant parking lot, drop off your guests and park across the street in a lot off Euclid. Careful crossing Route A1A. 2 minutes from the home by car Further south, there is a public lot with an overpass. It is 2 minutes by car from the home. Groceries - There is a Publix 8 minutes away, and prior arrangements could be made to receive your groceries should you order in advance to have them delivered by Publix, Instacart, or Krogers.
