Property information

Enjoy lake living at one of the newest lakefront neighborhoods on Tim's Ford Lake. This cozy cottage is in a beautiful gated community and has lake views from the front porch. It is only a 1 min walk to the community pool overlooking the lake and direct lake access for kayaks and paddleboards that we include for you! This beautiful home also boasts a hot tub, fire pit, and game room for your family to enjoy! You are also centrally located and only 5 min from Twin Creeks Marina and downtown! This is an amazing cottage right next to the lake. The master and 2 bathrooms are downstairs. 2 bedrooms, game room and work space are upstairs. You will get access to two kayaks and two paddleboards during your stay. You will also get access to the community pool overlooking the lake and the common area right next to the lake and lake access. The pool and kayak launch are 1 minute walk, about 100 yards from the home. The pool is available Memorial Day-Labor Day.

Neighbourhood information

This is beautiful boutique gated community that is lake front and has lake access and a pool over looking the lake! The houses are are also very close together. This is a gated neighborhood that you can easily walk around. There is NO parking in the streets. You may only park in the driveway. Four compact cars can fit or 2 larger cars/suvs/trucks.
