Property information

Harbor Island, South Carolina is a private barrier sea island that offers two miles of uncrowded beach. The Island is a private gated community and is one of the last hidden gems on the East Coast. The one bedroom, one bath villa is located on the third floor of the L Building which is situated perfectly between two swimming pools. There is an elevator which makes loading and unloading very convenient. The nearest beach access is just steps away from the building. The walk to the sandy beach is less than 250 yards from the complex. This condo has a Queen size bed and a sofa bed. A fully stocked kitchen, kitchen table and living area open to the screen porch that has views of the beach and ocean in the distance. Cable TV and very reliable high speed Wi-Fi is included with the villa. There are washing machines and dryers available in the L Building for guests to use. Our rental includes access to the Harbor Island Beach and Racquet Club amenities which include a large swimming pool and Kiddie pool (open April - October), tennis courts, basketball court, golf chipping green, sand volley ball court, playground, shuffle board, and a fitness center. Harbor Island also has several fishing and crabbing docks for guest use. Please note, while this building is equipped with an elevator for your convenience, the building is NOT handicap accessible. There are about 10 steps leading up to the ground level to access the elevator.

Harbor Island is a peaceful, gated community located 14 miles (22 km) east of Beaufort, South Carolina. It has three outdoor pools, tennis courts, a putting green, and three miles of pure, untamed, sandy white beach create a private vacation playground unlike any other. ** Please note there is enough parking for up to 1 vehicle at this property. Parking spaces are unassigned** Harbor Island Owners Association require a gate pass to gain access to the private island. GATE PASSES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE! Vehicle gate pass fees are per vehicle, set by the Island and are subject to change. Please contact our team after you book the property to purchase a pass. Please refer to your Rental Agreement or Check-In Instructions for up to date pricing.
