Start your day with a cup of coffee and looking at the beautiful sunrise on your private balcony! Enjoy easy access to popular shops and restaurants from this charming place to stay. ***NOTICE*** Our pool deck took damage from Hurricane Ian and then weeks later Tropical Storm Nichole & is under repair. Currently all amenities are closed. Open just gum, sauna and bar and beautiful Beaches opened with a warm ocean water! Come stay at our Daytona Beach Resort direct Ocean Front Condo. This is a private rental in the resort and all bookings are done between the guests and the owner. Daytona Beach Resort front desk is just for check-in & check-out and parking permit. This is a large Studio 430 sq ft located on the 4th floor with a 2 queen size beds and 1 full size pullout sofa-bed, kitchen, living area and big screen TV 65''. The views are spectacular from your front row on your private balcony. We provide free Wi-Fi. There is a kitchenette to for your use right in the room. It has convection a microwave, a refrigerator, a coffee machine Keurig, an electric kettle, air fryer, electric pressure rice cooker, toaster for bread and bagel, and 2 stove top heaters. Your cleaning fee included in your payment covers initial cleaning and room preparation supplying you with enough fresh towels, toilet paper, paper towel and complimentary bathroom items. After that the guest is responsible to keep the room in a good condition, remove garbage and if they run out of fresh towels there is coin laundry located in the building/ 4th floor/ near to room. After each check out the room will be cleaned again and prepared for next guests. Daytona Beach Resort is a world class resort complete with 2 outdoor pools (heated) and 1 splash pool for kids, 1 indoor pool, 2 hot tubs, Tiki bar, restaurant, 2 lounges, bar, fitness center, business center, sauna, free covered parking and direct beach frontage right on the word's most famous beach! The resort location is so convenient
