Welcome to our stunning single home that can accommodate up to 8 guests comfortably. The living-dining room is both luxurious and cozy, and the fully-equipped gourmet kitchen allows for the ultimate relaxation experience. Additionally, you can enjoy the serene atmosphere of the private patio, for a tranquil retreat. This exquisite property boasts two magnificent en suite bedrooms, each featuring a King-size bed, as well as another bedroom with a private bathroom and a Twin-size bed. Located close to Disney's Magic Kingdom, Magic Village Views boasts top-notch amenities that are essential for a private home. These include contemporary stainless-steel kitchens, sophisticated furnishings, and a private furnished patio with a barbecue grill to enjoy meals with your loved ones. The amenities at Magic Village Views are available for an additional fee, allowing you to tailor your preferences. BBQ Grill has an additional cost for use during the reservation. Please be advised that, in accordance with our payment policy, an initial payment equal to 50% of the total reservation amount is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance of 50% shall be payable within 30 calendar days from the date of booking. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in instances where the check-in date occurs within the same calendar month as the booking confirmation, the total reservation amount shall be due and payable in full at the time of booking. If you need to cancel your reservation, please do so at least 30 days before your arrival date. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival or fail to show up, you will be charged the full price of your reservation. However, if you cancel up to 30 days before your arrival date, you will only have to pay the 4.5% credit card fee. In the event of a cancellation, we will process any refund owed on the scheduled check-in day.
