This 3 bedroom 2 bath house located in a very quiet and friendly town of Emmett Idaho. This house has a great view of the Butte, close to the grocery store and to Black Canyon reservoir recreation area. 30 minutes away from Boise and 30 minutes away from Ontario OR . This is close by to all the race tracks.
There are many outdoor activities and close buy to many of the new homes subdivision that are new to Emmett.
