This space sleeps 6, and is convenient for parking and long stays. We are located within minutes of the Columbia River hiking trail and Washougal River. Very close to the convenience of town and grocery stores. We also use 1Gig WiFi, so it is easy to work remotely from this home away from home. This duplex has its own private entrance and outdoor lounging space. Full living room with wood stove and smart capable TV. Comfy couches and plenty of lounge space. Fully equipped kitchen with full-sized appliances, ample kitchen tools to promote cooking in, kitchen bar that seats 4, and dining table that seats 6. The Bathroom features his and hers sinks, tub/shower combo, and plenty of professionally laundered towels for the whole group! Both bedrooms feature queen size memory foam beds with plenty of clothing storage. Laundry room has washer and dryer combo and two foam rollaways for additional sleepers. Front exterior porch has multiple seating spaces and a grill to cook out with outdoor lighting. Full access to the lower unit. We do have a couple locked closet spaces we use for storage. There are steps to get to and from the lower private entrance. May not suit those with mobility issues. We have 2 dogs on site so we are a pet-free property. You may see our dogs from time to time, but they are friendly and good-natured. We do maintain a pet-free space for this lower unit to avoid any potential issues. Heating and Air conditioning are set to a temperate level, as it is controlled on the upstairs level. If a request is received to turn up or down the temperature, we will do our best to respond as quickly as possible. -The home may include a decibel monitoring sensor to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures decibel levels throughout the property.
