Welcome to Magic Village Views, a luxurious vacation home nestled just 3 miles from the renowned Disney Parks. Our serene abode is situated in a modern gated community, offering a contemporary and comfortable retreat in the heart of Orlando, with top-of-the-line amenities, including sleek stainless steel kitchens, tasteful furnishings, opulent bedding, and a furnished private patio. In addition, we have taken great care to ensure that our home is fully accessible to guests with special needs. This exquisite vacation home can comfortably host ten individuals with its two floors. The open dining room and top-tier gourmet kitchen, overlooking the serene private courtyard, provide a perfect setting for quality time with your loved ones. Please be advised that, in accordance with our payment policy, an initial payment equal to 50% of the total reservation amount is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance of 50% shall be payable within 30 calendar days from the date of booking. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in instances where the check-in date occurs within the same calendar month as the booking confirmation, the total reservation amount shall be due and payable in full at the time of booking. If you need to cancel your reservation, please do so at least 30 days before your arrival date. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival or fail to show up, you will be charged the full price of your reservation. However, if you cancel up to 30 days before your arrival date, you will only have to pay the 4.5% credit card fee. In the event of a cancellation, we will process any refund owed on the scheduled check-in day. The amenities at Magic Village Views are available for an additional fee, allowing you to tailor your preferences.
