Hello! I'm Charlie, and this is Mia. So glad that you're considering Savannah as a waypoint on your journey! Originally an Ohio transplant, I migrated here at the age of 17 in pursuit of a creative career, and have managed to find myself continually infatuated with this place for the 16 years since. The listings associated with this account are all units found inside a single Historic Downtown property, which I purchased pending foreclosure as a burn out in 2013. Over the course of the following 7 years, I lived and worked at this home restoring and renovating the site myself into what is now available for you to experience! I immensely enjoy my time there, and I'm optimistic that you will too. These spaces and the experience curated within them has been given a great deal of love and consideration.
