Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home. Restaurants and groceries are 800 feet away. There is a propane grill on the patio for your grilling desires. The Indian River is a block away and the beach is 2 miles away. The Children's Museum and Riverside park with a beach and water play area is 2 miles away. Enjoy a day at the beach and come home and relax around the fire pit after dinner. Jammin Jensen is every Thursday night for arts, crafts, food and fun! Beach bag with beach towels and chairs provided. Kayak & boat rental nearby.
We welcome you to our house. You will be close to everything. If you need anything during your stay, please message me and we will help with what you may need. Pet policy; by pre approval only and a 1 dog limit unless approved ahead of time. No dogs on the furniture please. It is difficult to clean for the next guest when dogs are on the furniture. I am a dog lover and have 2 myself but for future guests comfortability please keep off furniture. A pet charge is additional
I raised my children here in this nice small community. There is low crime and the street is quiet and friendly. You can enjoy your morning coffee on the front patio while you watch the neighborhood wake up.
