Located within walking distance of Florida Southern College, Lake Hollingsworth, Lake Morton and downtown Lakeland. This cottage style home is convenient to Central Lakeland. Enjoy the best of everything Lakeland has to offer. SEU is close, as well as many other points of interest.

Neighbourhood information

Beautiful neighborhood next to the library and Polk Museum of Art. Also a short walk to the beautiful Lake Morton (Swan Lake) and easily walk to downtown. Very quiet and serene location for sure. Easily walk to many eateries and downtown.
