FIRST FLOOR: The first floor features a beautifully appointed living room with a 65-inch TV, an electric fireplace, cozy sofas, and a chaise. The kitchen, which opens into the living room, is fully equipped with utensils, a large counter, and a dining area with six chairs, as well as a dining table that seats four. A convenient guest bathroom is available. There is also a laundry room with a washing and drying machine. The floor includes a complete bedroom with a TV, king-sized bed, closet, and private bathroom. A balcony with a barbecue and a six-chair dining set enhances the outdoor experience. SECOND FLOOR: On the second floor, you will find the master bedroom, which includes a king-sized bed, TV, work desk, a large chaise suitable for a child, private bathroom, closet, and a safe. Additionally, there are two bedrooms, each furnished with two twin beds, TVs, closets, and their own private bathrooms. The entire house benefits from central air conditioning and complimentary Wi-Fi access. For added convenience, there is parking space available in front of the house for two cars. If guests want to use it (pool, fitness center, sports courts, etc.), they will have to pay one hundred plus taxes directly at the front desk per day of use. The location is just off the 192, which boasts an array of restaurants, mini shopping centers, Walmart, Publix, pharmacies, and even a water park. Additionally, you'll have easy access to all the Disney theme parks, as well as various convenience stores in the vicinity. (7545 Brl dr) OTHER NOTES: The following items are left at the house for your arrival: 1 shampoo, 1 rinse cream, 1 soap, and 2 toilet papers in each bathroom. In the kitchen 2 bag and garbage, 2 dishwasher soap, and a paper towel. In the laundry room 2 soaps for washing clothes. WE DO NOT PROVIDE WASH CLOTHES due to hygiene issues. I suggest that if you stay more than 2 days go to Walmart and shop for cleaning and bathing. 2. In all bathrooms we leave bath towels, hand towels for the number of guests that the house can accommodate. All beds have sheets, duvets and pillows. * We do not replace bed linen and towels during the guests' stay, all of our houses have a washing machine and dryer. PROPANE GAS ONLY GRILL RULES: For the use of the barbecue there is a fixed fee of 75.00 for the entire length of the stay, for post checkout cleaning and propane replacement. CRIB: If you need a crib in the unit, please always request it 48 hours before check-in, subject to availability. CHECKOUT WASTE DISPOSAL:At the check-out, you should bag and dispose all garbage and leave on the trash bin outside for pickup.
