Constructed in October 2022, the space boasts sharp design, cleanliness, comfortable beds, and brand-new amenities. Situated in the heart of the city, the location offers walking proximity to shopping, dining, the Civic Center, and wedding venues. Beyond the hills lie numerous beaches, including the famous Malibu beach, a Presidential Library, world famous Hollywood and downtown Los Angeles and various other cultural events and venues.

Within walking distance, one can find shopping centers, restaurants, coffee shops, retail the city's main Civic Center and even the Post Office.
