Step inside a modern marvel infused with luxuries. This architectural gem has some unforgettable features - a giant spoke window, a spectacular Emerald tiled wall, a 25-ft long master bedroom that opens into a private deck and many more special features. Each space has been thoughtfully curated to transport you away from anything ordinary. Conveniently located in the heart of University City, this home is precious to us for its unique character. Only 2 miles from Center city, you are close to many attractions and within walking distance to UPENN and Drexel campuses. The space: As you walk into this marvelous home, you will be mesmerized by the giant spoke window, the Emerald tiled wall, the luxury furnishings and the comfortable bay window seating making this a perfect place to hang out with your family. The kitchen will fascinate you with a 16 ft high ceiling, mosaic tile work and plenty of natural light; it comes fully equipped with modern appliances like a convection oven, dishwasher, oversize fridge and more! Enjoy a breakfast in the private kitchen extension or catch up on a TV show as you sip your morning coffee. You will always find yourself surrounded by high-end touches and exciting surprises. Upstairs on the second floor, there are two bedrooms with designer wallpaper and luxury furnishings. There is also a bathroom on this floor that has been beautifully designed with luxurious tiles and fixtures. The master bedroom on the third floor comes equipped with a 65” tv and its own private deck and bathroom. Relax in the tub and enjoy the natural light that surrounds you.
