Beautiful brand new house on Paradox Lake with modern amenities. Great room with 20' ceilings and wood fireplace and large outdoor deck. Additional wood fireplace on lower level and gas fireplace in bedroom on main floor. Steam shower in bathroom on lower level and jetted tub in primary bathroom. Main beach area is short walk through wooded path or alternately can drive on property road to spot near beach and park. Expected completion of dock area on lake in front of house for summer 2025 with seating area. Space to dock boat available at both main beach and dock in front of lake house for additional fee upon request and confirmation of availability. Close to hiking, skiing, snowmobiling or just sit back and relax and enjoy the beautiful view of Paradox Lake and the Adirondacks!
Owners are sometimes on site but always readily available by cell at all times.
Located on lovely Paradox Lake in the Adirondack Mountains. 25 acre property has large shoreline (1200') and includes private beach which is a short walk from the house. Beach is shared with seasonal cabins which are only occupied May thru October. Kayaks, canoe and SUP available for guest use as well as boat slip from May through October (additional fee). Gore Mountain is about 35 minutes away. Located just south of Keene Valley and the Adirondack 46'ers. Snowmobile trails in the area along with ice fishing on Paradox and nearby lakes. Closest airports are Plattsburgh (PBG) - 1 hour, Albany (ALB) - 1 hour 20 minutes and Burlington (BTV) - 1 hour 35 minutes. Private plane airports available nearby at Schroon and Ticonderoga. There are several parking areas on the road to the house as well as 2 levels of parking in front of the house. Must go down set of steps from parking area to front of house. Access is through the mudroom on the left side of the house.
