This gorgeous, 2400 square foot home offers a Colorado mountain lodge experience for the whole family. It sits on 16 acres of National Forest, with hot tub, hiking on the property, as well as world-class fishing in Poncha Creek. The house is just a three minute drive from Poncha Springs with groceries, restaurants, brewery and winery, and eight minutes from Salida for all kinds of shopping, dining, biking, rafting, nightlife, and a huge arcade. Monarch Ski Area is 15 miles away.
