Enjoy a truly all American home in the heart of Placentia where all the neighbors know your name. A five bedroom home decorated by local designers to give this home a spacious cozy design while providing a private oasis to relax in. The beautiful outdoor dining space and outdoor fireplace is the perfect spot to sip on a drink and cozy up after a long day at Disneyland or sightseeing. During the summer, have the children take a dip in your own private pool while dad fires up the BBQ!

Our home is within walking distance of a Starbucks, Chipotle, Walgreens, CVS Pharmacy, McDonald's, Pancake House and lots of other local eateries . Whole Foods and Bristol Farms are 5-10 minutes away by driving. Downtown Fullerton shops are 15-20 minutes away. Placentia is a beautiful spot to stay with being so close to so many Southern California attractions. It's only 20minutes from Disneyland; it's just across the 57 freeway from Cal State University Fullerton; seven miles north of Chapman University; 40 miles from downtown Los Angeles; 90 miles from San Diego; next door to Fullerton/Brea/Yorba Linda; and 20 miles away from Orange County beaches Primary transportation is motor vehicle. Also walking, biking and Uber are option.
