This remodeled home is furnished with all brand new furniture and decor that perfectly exudes a modern feel to an indoor and outdoor living spaces. Huge, beautiful master suite with modern bathroom, soaking free standing bath tub for two, sitting/working area and a walk-in closet with floor-to-ceiling organizers. Three remaining bedrooms have shared full bathroom upstairs with rain shower head and deep soaking bathtub. One bedroom has a designated workspace with standing desk, laser printer and office storage cabinets. All bedrooms have stunning views. Living room with 55” smart TV and leather power reclining sofa with power headrests opens to a large kitchen with a bar table and 3 bar stools plus a 8-person dining table and chairs in the dining room. Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass door create seamless transition between indoor and outdoor spaces. Kitchen is fully equipped with brand new, top of the line stainless steel appliances, kitchenware, spice rack and coffee/tea stations. Large French door refrigerator provide an ample of space for food storage while Cafe induction cooktop is fast, precise way for food preparation and safe for all ages.
As soon as you enter this home you will be welcomed with relaxing and bright open space that seamlessly transitions into the backyard with heated pool, spa and a magnificent view. The home is a two story transitional modern hill house with all the comfort of resort living. Have a blast playing in the pool or read a book under the stars while relaxing in the attached hot tub. Located in a low density neighborhood on expansive lot in a cul-de-sac with plenty of privacy and a magnificent view.
