We are a management compnay with 5-star accommodation.

Property information

This is the home of connections. The stylish, contemporary design features open kitchens with quartz countertops, black steel appliances, oversized windows, modern bathrooms with a washer&dryer. Nest central AC&heat. With Ring Camera system and keyless eatery. This unit is a 5-7 min drive to Winchester Hospital. We have one long-term tenant who lives on-site and has a dog. Molly (dog) sleeps most days.

Neighbourhood information

Only 20 min to Boston and 10 Min to Burlington, plus easy access to I-93 and I-95. Thriving with restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. It's all here. So, come in, and make yourself at home!
