When you're not sunbathing or enjoying the sound of the waves as you wrap up a good book, you can hop in the car and head south. Lincoln City has a bustling outlet mall and restaurants like J's Fish and Chips, with attractions like Devils Lake State Recreation Area and Chinook Winds Casino Resort awaiting on the way back. However you spend your days out, you'll love coming home to the low-key atmosphere of the living room. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
