Don t forget to use the outdoor shower to clean off sandy feet before entering the home after a day at the beach. A staircase leads to the front porch with comfortable seating to admire the stunning views. Inside is a warm and inviting first-floor great room, perfect for entertaining. Host guests on a plush sofa or 2 matching armchairs to enjoy quality time together or turn on the 65 TV with surround sound and enjoy a movie night. Feel right at home in the adjacent dining area, surrounded by windows with beams of sunlight streaming onto the 6-seat dining table and nearby 3-stool breakfast bar. With a fully-equipped kitchen that includes ample counter space and Frigidaire appliances, it s easy to prepare a home-cooked meal. Upstairs, guests can retire to the second-floor accommodations, featuring 3 bedrooms 1 primary bedroom with access to a private balcony and seating, and 2 guest bedrooms, one with 2 twin beds. Harbor Island is a peaceful, gated community located 14 miles (22 km) east of Beaufort, South Carolina. It has three outdoor pools, tennis courts, a putting green, and three miles of pure, untamed, sandy white beach create a private vacation playground unlike any other. The Harbor Island pool is open from April 1st - October 31st. ** Please note there is enough parking for up to 2 vehicles at this property. Parking spaces are unassigned** Harbor Island Owners Association require a gate pass to gain access to the private island. GATE PASSES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE!
